- Intake of liquids (fluids) should be increased to prevent dehydration due to excessive sweating.
- Drink lot of water, juice, butter milk, lemon juice, etc.
- Include all possible seasonal fruits in your daily diet like jack fruit, tomato, banana, water melon, cucumber, etc

- Try to take a short nap.
- Stay in cool places.
- Use perfumes made from substances that possess cold properties
- Sleep during day is permitted as nights are short.
- Anoint body with chandan paste and take bath with cold water.
